Aan de rand van het Zoniënwoud en tegenover de renbaan van Bosvoorde in Watermaal-Brussel werd deze coworking space ontworpen door Alice Legein in een gebouw van de hand van Constantin Brodski. Onze werkzaamheden omvatten het ruwbouwwerk, de afwerking, de installatietechnieken, de elektriciteit en de sanitaire voorzieningen.
